Now that's just awesome....!!!!!!!!! I have to say that now it all makes sense, as to why the banks do not want do the modifications. Our goverment should step in and order demand all of this lender to forgive the barrower the difference. I hope that our politician step in and help all of us! Let us sent a message to the American people, and not reelect all of the policians if they do not help the American people. Let sent a message to Capital Hill and ask our government officials to step in and help the people who put them in power. It would be to the best interest of our Country otherwise we are starting to see the affects in our economy. It’s an eye opener and all of Americans should be aware of it! I don't know how many eyes it will open, but at this time if people are awake all night, they should be. I feel bad for people losing their jobs (but, the unions did that to a lot of them - I can say this because my Father was a union leader and I grew up in a house like that), after I married, I voted my way and I believe that was the right way. things have to change in Washington D.C. starting at the White House, all the Czars can go, and if they want them, then let them go to Russia. Banks should never have been paid off and I believe our President is to blame for that. People are up set about a lot of things, most of the stuff that comes from other countries we can make right here --- get rid of unions including teachers.
