Short Sale Winterized House

Today I went to help Beth, my wife with one of her short sale listings.

The lender had it winterized about a week ago, and she needed me to
“de-winterize” it.

Usually, contractors will do this for us, but it’s the weekend, and we just wanted to get out of the house for a bit, and I hadn’t seen her listing yet, so I agreed.

The video describes what to do in order to get the water turned back on, and what to look for so you will know that the house has been winterized.
