BofA has refused (in an email) saying the appraisal is considered internal to BofA.  Any suggestion as to where to go next?  Meanwhile the buyer has to take it or leave it now since time is so short.  (I&#039;d like to claim damages against BofA if we find the appraisal was seriously in error.)</description>
